1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Tote Shelf Guy website (toteshelfguy.com) and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Tote Shelf Guy, a DBA of Swell Home Solutions LLC, designs, builds, and delivers custom garage storage shelves in the Orlando, Florida area. All products are custom-built to order.

3. Orders and Payment All orders are final upon payment. Pricing is calculated based on your selected configuration at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Delivery and Installation We offer local delivery within our service area. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on order volume and scheduling. You will be contacted to confirm your delivery appointment. By purchasing, you agree that you understand that circumstances such as weather, traffic, emergencies, and other such situations are out of our control. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. We value our customer's time and do our absolute best to stay on target with our delivery times.

5. Service Area Our services are limited to the Orlando, Florida metropolitan area. If you are outside our service area, we will contact you before processing your order.

6. SMS Communications By providing your phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box at checkout, you consent to receive text messages from Tote Shelf Guy regarding your order status, delivery scheduling, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. 7. Cancellations and Refunds Because all shelves are custom-built to order, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation. Refunds are issued at our discretion based on the stage of production.

8. Warranty Our shelves are built with quality materials and workmanship. If you experience a structural defect within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we will make it right at no charge. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, overloading beyond rated capacity, or improper modification.

9. Limitation of Liability Swell Home Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential harm or damages arising from the use of our products or services. We do not open holes in walls, attach or anchor shelves. Be sure to properly anchor shelves when necessary. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

10. Intellectual Property All content on toteshelfguy.com, including images, text, and the visual configurator tool, is the property of Swell Home Solutions LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Orange County, Florida.

12. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
